You can access rehabilitation services at Donvale Private Hospital in several ways:

After a hospital stay:

If you have had a stay in an acute hospital for a surgery or another acute event, you can choose to take part in rehabilitation at Donvale. Simply ask your medical team to refer you to Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital after your acute treatment. A member of our experienced assessment team will come to visit you to arrange your transfer.

Through your General Practitioner or specialist:

You can also be referred to our day rehabilitation program by asking your GP or specialist for a referral to one of our Rehabilitation Specialists. A member of our team will then call you to organise an appointment. Please call the Day Rehabilitation Reception on (03) 9841 1490 for further information, or click here to download a referral form.

Community allied health:

You can attend rehabilitation at our community allied health clinic, Ramsay Health Plus without the need for a referral. You can simply call (03) 9916 2402 and make an appointment with one of our friendly reception staff.
