Therapy sessions are a priority for each patient’s rehabilitation program, therefore it is kindly requested that visitors check the patient’s availability before planning a visit. Please do not visit the hospital if you are unwell.

Visitor meals may be ordered with the assistance of the Menu Monitor, and may be ordered by patients on behalf of their visitors. All visitor meals must be ordered at least one day prior to the visit. The cost of the meal is added to the patient’s discharge account.

Please note lilies are known to cause a number of symptoms and some people can become quite unwell. The soil in potted plants may also present a risk to some patients.

Therefore, you are requested not to bring lilies or potted plants into Donvale; other flowers are very welcome.
