How to refer

Inpatients

Inpatient referrals can be sent by one of the following means to the Director of Clinical Services:

Outpatients

For outpatient programs, please contact the Outpatient Receptionist on (03) 9841 1490. Referrals must be from a medical doctor and can be emailed or faxed to the Outpatient Receptionist via:

We also have specifically skilled staff that co-ordinate each outpatient program who can assist further with enquiries and referrals.
